The night before Bpor's turn to share, he was anxiously flipping the bible, hoping to find something simple that he understood and could memorise as soon as possible. Haha! He was pretty nervous about sharing the bible to all the kids.
We told him that we would come and support him when he shares morning devotion. I wasn't sure if their wake up time was 5am or 530am, so Elysia and I went at about 5.05am. Yeah we were there too early. Haha! At 530am, Tanagorn rang the bell to wake all the kids up. He then entered the first room and called Bpor and Chi out, and pointed at us; probably telling them that Pi bella and Pi elysia are already here! Haha! Bpor and Chi came out at once and stared hard to see if it was really us. They looked surprised and pleased to see us. Bpor nervously shared the devotion he prepared and he did well. On another day, Malee did a really good job sharing a bible story with the children.
After devotion, we would hang out with them, go have breakfast, hurry them to get dressed and iron their clothes, and head to school together. It is a joy to be able to be there for them - be it in doing the routine with them or quietly supporting them at the sidelines.
