Accounting for the funds used

Greetings! 😉
Back here again after 39 days with our CCO family. Reporting how we've used the funds contributed. Do drop us an e-mail or WhatsApp us for clarification or additional info. We are so thankful to everyone who've contributed and supported our Fund Raising. You have made a difference.

Expenditure in SG:
$1 for colourful childhood biscuit
$5.20 plastic sheet
$100 tie dye shirt kits
$19.50 bean boozled

Bought the colourful biscuit because I wanted to share a bit of our Singapore's flavours with them. The plastic sheet is used as a boundary and protection of equipment and instruments nearby when we conduct Floorball. We planned to do Tie dye shirts with the kids but were unable to get good quality shirts this round, so we will be doing it next round instead which is likely June-July. Bought bean boozled to have fun with the kids. We had some miscommunication which explains why bean boozled was not fully claimed in this list and had to be claimed a second time in the list below.

Expenditure at CCO:
420 baht bean boozled

89 baht strepsils
90 baht lip balms
1019 baht for 12 bottles of moisturisers, paper cups, and 2 chopping boards.
580 baht for a spice pounder
75 baht for 3 nail clippers
75 baht for 3 winter hats
80 baht for 8 ice-cream at ChiangRai
675 baht for swensens treat in ChiangRai
5000 baht for new years' feast and party
170 baht entrance fee for night festival/carnival
580 baht for a bag of school socks
60 baht for stationary supplies
6476 baht for pizza company Children's day meal
98 baht popcorn
6251 baht for Mookata

We bought strepsils for the kids because we think that will provide some relief for their sore throat. Due to the dry and cold climate, many of their lips were cracking and swollen, so we bought lip balms. Bought moisturisers as their skin were very dry. Paper cups was for our activity logistics. Bought 2 new chopping boards and a spice pounder which the Orphanage needed. Got 3 nail clippers for the kids to trim their nails regularly. It was pretty cold in ChiangMai so we got 3 winter hats at the market for those who needed them. ChiangRai was surprisingly hotter than we thought. Ice-cream was perfect for it.

We had a fantatsic New Years' day feast on 31 Dec. We went to a night carnival with the older kids that required us to pay a small entrance fee. Got school socks for the kids because many had socks with big holes. Got some stationaries as logistics. On the eve of Thai Children's Day, we celebrated with a pizza feast. Made DIY popcorn on one of the days. Lastly, brought everyone out for Mookata which we all love and enjoy very much each time.

Total expenditure in SG: $125.70
Total expenditure at CCO: 21, 661 baht
